ABOUT MOBILE VIDEO GUARD
Mobile Video Guard was founded in 2016 as SMART Security Pros. We provide remote monitored security surveillance primarily for construction sites, but also car dealerships, equipment yards, and other facilities across the country. We do this with a proprietary system we build in-house and install at the job sites so that our Video Surveillance Experts can monitor projects for after-hours intrusion. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Camera Build Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the build process for all camera units, maintaining stock inventory, overseeing in-house shipping and receiving, and supervising camera build technicians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the performance of camera build technicians.
  • Oversee the documentation and quality control of camera builds and related processes.
  • Oversee the inventory management of the camera build shop.
  • Oversee the build and rehab process for all camera units.
  • Oversee the process of shipping equipment to sites.
  • Maintain compliance for site entry to include but not limited to drug screening, PPE, OSHA certification, First Aid certification, and any other site-specific requirements.
  • Assist with field operations as required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and expect the same from the team.
  • Oversee continuous process improvement.
  • Coach and mentor team members and assist with career development.
  • Deliver periodic field training/service on site.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL
  • Ensure that the company’s safety program is always enforced at a zero-tolerance on the project site.
  • Conduct weekly jobsite safety inspections.
  • Collect and file all toolbox talks as required.
  • Complete safety inspections as required.
  • Collect and track daily safety reports as required.
  • Champion job site quality control and safety.
  • Ensure the company’s quality control plan is enforced.
  • Develop site-specific quality control plan as required.
  • Perform duties as a quality control or safety officer when necessary.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up inspections as required.
  • Conduct preparatory meetings as required.

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • OSHA 10
  • OSHA 30
  • First Aid / CPR / AED
  • Bloodborne Pathogens
  • Technical training as required to remain current in industry (Trainual, in-house and/or external training)
  • Technical training as required with mobile video cameras and systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma and 5 years of industry experience.
  • Proficient with the concepts of electricity, low voltage, battery, solar, and related programming.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suites and Google Suites.
  • Knowledgeable with the construction industry and mobile video needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Continuously seeking process improvement.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Experience with daily and weekly planning.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient with site measurements.
  • Maintains a valid driver's license.

Special vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment, particularly when in the field, can vary significantly and at times be very loud.
