Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Customize curriculum, analyze data, and ensure program alignment.
- Budget Management: Monitor spending, ensure compliance, and identify variances.
- Recruiting Management: Match candidates, develop inclusive postings, and attract diverse talent.
- Supervisor Management: Train supervisors, monitor intern progress, and provide resources.
- Agreement Management: Update agreements, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
- Intern Management: Conduct orientations, facilitate mentorship, and offer professional development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or experience
- Team leadership experience

- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of applications and databases such as Google Docs, Microsoft, CRMs, and more
- Ability to quickly learn and comprehend competing fiscal and political factors influencing programs
- Knowledge of natural and cultural resource management issues and knowledge of government agency cultures a plus
- Desire and demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment under pressure
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 10% of time to as necessary
