Summary
The ERP SCM Consultant will be responsible for optimizing the ERP implementation to meet requirements of SCM, logistics, production, and quality processes. Also, the ERP will partner with SCM functions and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that SCM business processes are well defined and designed to utilize delivered SCM process functionality and to meet the needs of each SCM function. This role will work for the MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe).

About MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC
MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly. To supply BSA and PE systems for three major hubs of HMG Group in North America: 1) Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA), 2) Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA), and 3) KIA Auto-land Georgia (KaGA), MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC operates the BSA1 plant in Montgomery County, Alabama, and the BSA2 plant and PE system plant in Bryan County, Georgia are operated. MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC was established on October 7, 2022. Using the cooperative effort of our Team Members, MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC can provide parts for over 1,300 vehicles a day.

Basic Qualifications: (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Business Requirements/Process/Documentation
•Fully support MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) and partially support the MOBIS Alabama, LLC. Savannah Plant (MAL-SV) regarding SAP SD, PP, MM, PM and QM module.
•Analyze business requirements, needs and objectives and in working with the business
•Participate in designing business processes considering accepted best business practices
•Provide input and advice regarding SAP capabilities and functions to business users and perform Gap analysis
•Conduct and design business /process modeling
•Review functional and configuration requirements to ensure they are in line with the business requirements
•Be responsible for completeness and quality of functional design
•Support the development of functional and systems specifications
•Review high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts, for reasonableness
•Evaluate solution options/enhancements
•Work with people of all levels in a team environment
•Maintain/Utilize test scripts
•Drive/Support the execution of system integrated testing
•Support the execution of the user acceptance testing
•Provide recommendations to increase or improve the effectiveness / efficiency of SAP business processes
•Support existing business processes, documentation & training
Configuration / Development
•SAP Configure and test (unit & SIT) for SAP MM, PP, SD, QM and PM Module
•Exploit tools such as ABAP Query to reduce development work
•Drive the development of functional and systems specifications
•Support the development of technical specifications (provide direction to and support programmers)
•Provide high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts
•Write and maintain necessary documentation
•Actively perform knowledge transfer to client team members
•Communicate status, issues, and impacts with relevant business contacts
Project Management
•Conduct SAP Implementation project as project manager or module leader for a new MOBIS plant in North America according to the global strategy of MOBIS HQ
•Ability to create project plan, project charter, risk management plan and change management plan
•Managing project resources, methodology, deliverables
•Team member coordination
•Available to travel to other project locations as needed
Required Education & Experience:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
•Extensive experience in SAP project life cycle deployments and/or sustain operations
•At least 5 years experiences in configuration activities associated with an SAP system in MM, SD or PP module
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
•Basic understanding of ABAP programming with debugging skills. Must have very good knowledge of working with user exits
•Experience in working with outsourced service providers
•Ability to coordinate resources and priorities across multiple projects and groups
•Ability to motivate teams to achieve tight schedules and resolve issues quickly
•Project management experience or Functional Lead role in at least 3 SAP system deployment projects
•Bilingual speaker (English and Korean) is a plus
