What we are looking for
MOD Bikes is seeking a passionate, energetic, and motivated salesperson to join our team. As an online sales associate, you are responsible for making a memorable and educational shopping experience for our online customers.
Duties
- Responsible to sell via chat, email, and video
- Coordinators respond to Internet-generated sales leads, qualify clients, and arrange appointments or follow-ups via e-mail, chat, phone or video.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Cross-sell products
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Attend virtual demo
Requirements
- Ability to work independently / Self-motivated
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Computer proficiency is critical to promote the business, maintain records, and communicate with our customers.
- Previous retail or related customer service experience.
- Bicycle product use/knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
