What we are looking for

MOD Bikes is seeking a passionate, energetic, and motivated salesperson to join our team.  As an online sales associate, you are responsible for making a memorable and educational shopping experience for our online customers.


Duties
  • Responsible to sell via chat, email, and video
  • Coordinators respond to Internet-generated sales leads, qualify clients, and arrange appointments or follow-ups via e-mail, chat, phone or video.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Cross-sell products
  • Handle returns of merchandise
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Attend virtual demo

Requirements
  •  Ability to work independently / Self-motivated
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Computer proficiency is critical to promote the business, maintain records, and communicate with our customers.
  • Previous retail or related customer service experience. 
  • Bicycle product use/knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
