Job Posting for Customer Service Specialist at Modern Countertops

Modern Countertops is a manufacturer of stone countertops. 

 

Our Customer Service Specialists (C.S.S.) are responsible for creating a welcome environment for any customer who would like to see their choices in person.  The C.S.S. will be responsibly for setting the appointment with their office schedule, meeting with these customers to confirm selections, and following up with estimates after 30 days have passed.  The C.S.S. position manages customers until all selections have been confirmed and hands off the account to the Project Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Able to work 40 hours weekly
  • Car or daily prompt rides to and from work
  • Some sales or retail experience preferred but not mandatory

Salary and Incentives

  • Hourly wage with overtime pay and commission
  • Holiday Pay: major holidays and a week break from Christmas to New's Day (after 3 months of employment)
  • 5 days of paid time off (after 3 months of employment)
  • Individual Health Insurance (after 3 months of employment)
  • Disability Insurance
  • Retirement package (after qualifying period of employment)
