Modern Countertops is a manufacturer of stone countertops.
Our Customer Service Specialists (C.S.S.) are responsible for creating a welcome environment for any customer who would like to see their choices in person. The C.S.S. will be responsibly for setting the appointment with their office schedule, meeting with these customers to confirm selections, and following up with estimates after 30 days have passed. The C.S.S. position manages customers until all selections have been confirmed and hands off the account to the Project Manager.
