Position Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for connecting with diverse talent pools.
- Recruit the best candidates by screening resumes and interviewing applicants.
- Source candidates through various channels including HR sourcing, social media management, and employee referrals
- Professionally and accurately provide support to applicants through the onboarding process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
- Communicate with leadership and management team on open positions.
- Perform background checks and verify new hire information, including I-9 documentation.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Assist with Hiring Fairs, Community outreach, and Social Media presence
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor legislation
- Familiarity with ATS software and HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis
