Ownership and full responsibility for- - -
- Planning and Organization of restaurant including; operations, P&L management and people
- Team Member Development – staffing, developing and coaching
- Creating an environment of hospitality through meaningful interactions with guests, empower your team members to create meaningful interactions
- Problem Solving – conflict resolution with team members and customers
- Delivering Results – in line with Modern Market standards and goals
What you’ll have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant general manager experience
- P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred
- Managed and developed 25 team members
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards'

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
