Candidate: We go door to door and help educate property owners on the storm damage insurance process. You must be self-motivated, honest, and committed to helping people. You will be responsible for meeting and educating homeowners about this process, meeting with the homeowner multiple times, and always professionally representing Modern Roofing.

Requirements:

-Candidates MUST have the ability to climb roofs.

-Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation of their own.

-Door-to-door canvassing.

-Educate property owners on the storm damage insurance process.

-Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowner’s property.

-Signing contracts with honesty and integrity.

-Manage ALL your projects from start to end.

-Be held accountable for monthly goals and minimums.

-Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

-Be able to work in a team environment.

-Must be organized and have good time management skills.

Experience:

-Sales experience is preferred, not required. (we will train you for success)

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

-Professional appearance while representing the company.

-Ready to start immediately.

Salary:

· From $75,000.00 per year plus 2% commission (must meet minimums)

OR

10% commission on paid contracts plus a bonus ($50.00) for each new customer.

Modern Roofing is a roofing contractor that has been locally owned since 2014 and operated with a location in the upstate Greenville, SC area, Columbia, SC area, Rock Hill, SC area, Summerville, SC area, and Marrietta, GA area (this application is for SUMMERVILLE SC) With 15 years of experience we have streamlined and mastered the entire roofing storm damage restoration process, making it very easy for our employees to learn and to master. Our primary mission is to help and inform as many homeowners as possible about the storm damage roof replacement process.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
