These fraternal activities foster genuine relationships within our communities, allowing for membership growth and greater community impact all while being spearheaded and sourced by our representatives involved in these communities. Locally, we believe so highly in the importance of this facet of our identity, that we, The North Central Texas Region here in the DFW Metroplex, were awarded the Fraternal Builder of the Year Award for the third time in a row in 2022.

Currently we are looking to hire a Managing Partner for our Cedar Hill, TX location.

What you can expect to do as a Managing Partner

You'll enjoy growing a team of financial representatives by attracting, motivating, and developing individuals as well as growing and developing your own financial services practice. With assistance from the Regional Director and their staff, you'll attend networking events and career fairs to meet and select top talent to join your team. You'll coach and guide team members as they work to meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in your district. You'll assist your team in achieving practice production goals, growth in their knowledge and licensing, and be rewarded with expense-paid trips to world-class destinations. In addition to leading your team, you'll participate in fraternal activities, helping better the communities you and your team serve.

Job qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3yrs experience in the industry.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a permanent resident status.
• Must currently reside or will be residing within the DFW metroplex.
• Willing to commute to Cedar Hill, TX
• FINRA/TDI Licensed (General Lines, SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 or 66)
