Job description/duties:
- Highly organized with attention to detail, dependable and punctual
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Bluebeam, photoshop, Revit, Sketch Up and InDesign are a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work on a range of projects individually and as a team member, taking directions from immediate supervisor
- Interface with CDC Maintenance, upper management, Leasing, contractors, sub-contractors and engineers
- Able to survey premises, and quickly draw existing and proposed conditions, being creative and having excellent design, presentation, and space planning skills
- Capable of producing construction documents and details
- Manage small to mid-size Tenant Improvement projects as time allows
- Maintain drawings of all buildings. Log shop drawings, Close-out Packages, review for completeness and accuracy, maintain organized and accessible records of project documents and meetings, coordinate review of closeout packages between Project Manager, Engineering and load data into computer system
- Field measure and draw plans and details with the use of AutoCAD and Revit for special projects, field measure and draft parking lot plan changes, prepare lease Exhibits
- Upon request, run copies of plans and documents from CDC plan library
- Maintain OCE Scanner, OCE plotter and stay current with the latest releases of AutoCAD and Revit
- Must have a working knowledge of building code, standard office space requirements, exiting, and ADA
