Responsibilities
- Assists users by answering questions and providing support in a timely manner.
- Respond to technology help calls.
- Technology event invites.
- Monitor results email and results work.
- Verify patient demographic information matches the test requisition form submitted.
- Data entry of patient information into the computer system for tracking purposes.
- Assist with lab intake.
- Provide online tech training.
- Answer modMD general phone.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Experience teaching or public speaking is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in understandable language to nontechnical staff members.
