Modula Inc. seeks a Maintenance Lead in Franklin, Ohio to oversee the activities of the Maintenance Department, including periodical preventative maintenance and inspection activities on all production equipment, such as, punching machines, panel benders, robotic press brake, cutting lasers, welding robotize cells, and powder coating system. Help in meeting productivity goals. Assure that Modula Inc.’s Preventative Maintenance Program is being performed. Maintain facility in tour ready condition. Assist Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing all Maintenance personnel, assistants, and contractors related to maintenance. Recommend the purchase of maintenance and plant supplies as needed. Coordinate and maintain T.P.M program and records. Assist in development and implementation of the philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and submit recommendations to Modula Inc.’s management team. Responsible for all forklift, overhead crane, pinch point and safety training. Perform safety functions as directed by Maintenance Supervisor. Understand and support Modula Inc.’s Mission Statement. Understand and adhere to Modula Inc.’s established safety standards and requirements. Understand and support Modula Inc.’s Quality Management System and Quality Policy. Assure Safety and Quality required functions are being performed. Assure that timely review and approval of all Maintenance time sheets are performed weekly. Assure completion of all Maintenance associates evaluations in a timely manner. Recommend when overtime is needed. Help in providing a safe and comfortable work environment. Assist in maintaining a workforce of fully qualified, dependable, trained and content team players. Provide the best equipment and maintenance to assure the safety of associates and quality products to customers. Provide direction, assistance and delegate responsibility as required. Work safely, work smart and make recommendations geared toward continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience in European robotics, press brake, and laser cutting systems. 2 years of experience in automation gained while working on European machinery equipment (e.g., Salvagnini, Casarini, SIR/Comau, Euroimpianti, BLM Tube Laser, etc.). 2 years of experience communicating machine maintenance needs with European machine manufacturers. 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery in connection with mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic problems using schematics, drawings, manuals, and multi-meters. 2 years of experience troubleshooting AC and DC electrical controls and circuits. 2 years of experience with PLC operations and troubleshooting. 2 years of experience with equipment setup, cleaning, and lubricating. 2 years of experience with software programming and troubleshooting on safety circuits for robotic or manufacturing machinery. Ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift. Ability to be on-call for off shift maintenance needs and ability to work overtime.
