Key Holders are responsible for ensuring that the store is clean and organized, assisting team members during periods of high customer volume, and reinforce ModWash standards.Essential Functions:Promoting the highest level of customer serviceEnsure the tunnel is working properlyCheck chemistry levelsDiscuss daily goals and know the numbersReinforce script useMaintain a clean environment both inside and outManage any damage claims and pass along to GM/AGMPerform opening and closing checklistsManage guest relations and member informationLock down tunnelIdentifying problems with working conditions and reporting them to managementAssuming managerial responsibilities in the event of management absenteesPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Outstanding customer service capabilitiesEffective communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in all weather conditionsOffer support and training to new employeesMotivated to learn new skills and improve current skillsMotivate team members through leading by example Project a professional image by following the dress code and appearance standardsPhysical Requirements:Ability to be active and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditionsAbility to be on your feet for long hours at a timeAbility to lift 25 lbs.Ability to work any hours, including weekends and holidays in order to meet the needs of the businessEducation :Must have a high school diploma or an equivalentSome mechanical knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is a must
