RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greets guest with warm, welcoming and friendly “Welcome to Moe’s!”

· Provide superior guest service to every guest – the last guest of the day receives the same quality of product, attention and courtesy as the first guest of the day

· Suggestive sell (or upsell) items and cash out all transactions accurately

· Demonstrate complete knowledge about the menu

· Quickly and accurately prepare all items ordered by the guest or/or prep items

· Check food quality and temperatures throughout the day – if you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it

· Follow sanitation and safety procedures

· Maintain regular and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts

· Completes food prep when needed

· Contributes to a positive team environment

KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:

· A positive upbeat, and outgoing attitude is REQUIRED – no exceptions with this

· Excellent guest service skills required

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Must have reliable and dependable transportation

· Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members

· Ability to work all shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)

· Must be at least 17 years old

· Ability to lift 20-30 lbs a number of times throughout the day

· Must present and maintain a neat and professional appearance'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $10.75 per hour
