What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Operations Manager position at Moen?
Moen has a new opening for a Field Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Store Execution Team Effectiveness (In-Store Service Teams):
- Partner with market, district, regional and corporate execution team leadership/management to drive field execution and meet deadlines for store resets, new product launches, POP installation and merchandising displays
- Hold monthly/quarterly touch points as needed to ensure operational execution
- Captain/Team leader for Execution Team Supplier Council
- Represent MOEN at all Execution Team meetings
- Manage & communicate all bay updates across all MOEN products
- Partner with National Account Team to provide QBRs to Field Executive Team to align on strategy and category performance as it relates field execution
- Partner with National Account Team to identify and present regional incremental opportunities.
- Launch National Training initiatives
Pro Desk/Pro Team Communication:
- Partner with National Account Team to create quarterly updates for Pro Partners
Store Support Captain:
- Communicate wins/success stories
Focus areas:
- New product launches
- Promotional Execution
- Communication on key initiatives
Training:
- Key operator connectivity
- In-store Moen brand amplification
- Bachelor’s degree is required. In lieu of a degree, may consider an additional 4 years of sales and management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and management experience is required.
- Must possess a strong understanding of Field Operations as well as an understanding of Retail Channel
- Strong leadership/management experience
- Must have strong communication, presentation and organizational skills and be self-motivated
- Must possess good analytical skills
