Head Chef

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and culinary arts, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. The Head Chef will be responsible for staff training, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training in food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Oversee shift management to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity among kitchen staff.
- Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency with restaurant standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food service management practices, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team within the kitchen setting.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,520.00 - $52,000.00 per year
