2 - P.T. DISPATCHER'S

- We are hiring immediately
- Experience preferred but not required
- 6:00 a.m.to 12:30 or 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dispatch assigned routes to box truck and cargo van drivers
- Communicate with customer of driver deliveries, delays and accepting new orders
- Solves issues with drivers and customers
- Check driver progress thru WhatsApp software to track timeliness, location of drivers and ETA's
- Promptly obtains & verifies paperwork
- Responsible for providing all necessary paperwork/documentation to ensure timely and accurate billing/invoicing to customer accounts
- Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external personnel at all levels
