As a Cable Technician at Moldcable INC, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable television, internet, and telephone services for residential and commercial clients. Your duties will include installing cable lines, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install cable systems in accordance with specifications provided by the company or client.
- Test newly installed cable systems to verify proper functionality and adherence to quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with existing cable systems, including internet connectivity problems, signal interference, and equipment malfunctions.
- Repair or replace defective components within cable systems, such as cables, connectors, and amplifiers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of cable systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with electrical equipment and climbing poles or ladders.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about industry developments and new technologies related to cable systems.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Social Security Card/Number.
- White minivan or pick-up truck/NOT MANDATORY.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
