Molly Brannigans is a standout Modern Irish pub located on State Street just blocks from the Bayfront, Perry Square city park, and Gannon University. We offer a unique place to meet with friends and loved ones surrounded by old world charm,
modern cuisine, and fantastic cocktails.
We are looking for an experienced server for our lunch and dinner services. Applicants must be available from 10:00am-10:00pm up to 4 days a week:
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
- Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Collect payments from tables
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
- Help food preparation staff when necessary
