What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nighttime Baker position at Molly's Cupcakes?
Molly's Cupcakes Des Moines is hiring part-time Nighttime Bakers. Candidates MUST be willing to work evening shifts (on average 6:00PM - 2:00AM). We will be hiring for evening into overnight shifts Monday through Saturday; Friday & Saturday evening availability is required. One overnight stage will be REQUIRED before employment offer will be made.
Overnight Baker duties include:
*Performing an evening count of product inventory at the start of every shift, taking into account orders for the next day.
*Scooping the correct amounts of batter for all of our cupcakes and cakes.
*Baking a high-quantity of cupcakes, cakes and cookies at the proper temperature(s) and for the proper amount of time (using a total of four ovens at once).
*Ensuring all cupcakes, cakes and cookies are scooped at consistent levels and baked at the correct temperature for the correct amount of time.
*Candidates MUST also work well individually and with others, possess great time management skills, take direction and accept criticism well, and have great attention to detail. Looking to hire immediately.
