The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team is responsible for defining and executing the organization's mission of an inclusive workplace. In the role of DEI Program Manager, Early Talent, you will report to the VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and serve as a DEI subject-matter expert, implement and facilitate educational initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor DEI progress. In addition to driving the MCBC DEI goals, a large portion of your role includes managing all aspects of the Early Talent Program - Molson Coors' cross-functional undergraduate internship program across the Americas.
As the Early Talent Program (ETP) lead, your goal is to proactively grow our intern, entry-level and early career talent pipelines consistent with the organization's commitment to diverse representation. This individual will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop tactical plans and success metrics at target schools, conferences and strategic partnerships. The incumbent will also partner with the function HRBP on Early Talent summer placement and off-program conversion opportunities. The role will regularly work with and report out to the senior leadership team on the metrics/success of the program as aligned with the DEI Action Plan for the Americas.

The Responsibilities:
- Serve as key contributor to the growth and success of the Early Talent Program development, programming, and pipeline expansion
- Provide general oversite of daily operations of the Early Talent Program and serve as the primary contact for 70 undergraduate interns throughout the summer
- Implement and manage DEI initiatives and programming for broader organization, including the facilitation of trainings and education, as well as planning and producing organizational events (i.e. Quarterly Town Halls, Month of Inclusion)
- Collaborate with business leaders and other key stakeholders to determine and communicate campus recruitment/early career methodologies, including diversity strategies, school selection, pipeline programs, candidate management and hiring numbers
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop annual fall and spring recruiting schedules and ensuring appropriate organizational representation at all functions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on campus recruiting efforts including outreach and partnerships with targeted programs and schools
- Role may require travel related to recruitment events and/or management of summer program.
The Other Qualifications:
- Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion.
- Flexible work style to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and manage last-minute changes with a strong sense of urgency
- Demonstrates organizational agility and ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across a multi-location organization
- Excellent communicator - ability to manage messaging and can comfortably present to leaders and diverse audience at all levels
- Successfully worked to gain buy-in from business leaders (Managers, Directors, and Executives)
- Strong project and/or event management, teamwork, execution, and organizational skills
- Strategic thinker with positive attitude manifested in a solutions-oriented approach
- Prior experience in Early Talent / Internship Program Manager, DEI, Leadership and development, or HR Business Partner is a plus
- Experience with working with rotational leadership program is a plus
- Experience with developing, growing an internship program is a plus
