Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and client care to each of our clients all levels of treatment.
• Aid Team Leads in executing projects as assigned.
• Perform necessary cleaning duties within their assigned work areas to maintain a tour ready environment.
• Complete inventory of products as directed by their management team.
• Perform curfew and safety checks as directed by nursing staff and management.
• Centrally Store Medication in EMR.
• Receive assignments as directed by the direct supervisor and execute assignments in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
• Oversee day to day operations within their assigned area.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clients at all times.
• Assist with operational duties as requested by Supervisory Management.
• Monitor urine drug screening.
• Follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by the company.
• Review company policies and procedures increasing on the job knowledge and familiarity with best practices.
• Proficient in de-escalating clients in crisis and redirecting as needed.
• Proficient in all applicable policies and procedures.
• Efficient with Kipu

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
