The Sales Operations team is a diverse team who supports a variety of impactful areas within the Sales Organization. This team empowers all pillars of the global sales organization to embody and exceed our go to market strategy.
What we're looking for
You will support SurveyMonkey Account Executives and manage the quote and contracting process within the Enterprise Sales Organization. Your work will further SurveyMonkey's goals of reducing sales cycles, accelerating deal closure and hitting our sales targets.
You will
- Build and review all Sales quotes and agreements to be consistent with company policies and SOX compliance
- Validate products, amounts, subscription terms, and quote terms meet our customers expectations and company policies
- Monitor the progress of quotes through approvals and ensure required approvals are obtained per our pricing and discount policies
- Communicate roadblocks and order challenges to management
- You will report to the Manager of Sales Revenue Operations
