- You are a highly motivated individual. Our reps receive pre-set appointments from company acquired leads, educate clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions, close sales, and collaborate with our rapidly growing team.
- You are strongly motivated by doing the right thing for our customers and the environment.
- You are a quick learner who is a magnet for understanding best sales practices
- You are able to and enjoy comprehending basic analytics
- You absolutely have a positive outlook and intrinsic desire to achieve uncapped dollars

Qualifications:
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Personable with exceptional presentation and communications skills
- You exude confidence
- Coachable and Teachable
- You are a self-starter that works well independently
- Goals do not scare you
- No previous sales experience required
