Job Summary
Supports the strategic fundraising efforts of the Mon Health System by designing, implementing, evaluating, and refining development activities with an emphasis on annual and major gifts. Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Philanthropy identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards annual fund and major gift donors and prospects in accordance with performance targets.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Minimum of 2 years related experience is preferred. Persuasive oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, organizational, and strategic-thinking skills.
Physical Requirements
Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
