We are are a growing family practice in Ashland, OR, looking to add to our talented and dedicated healthcare team. We are looking for and experienced Front office manager/scheduler. We are able to train individuals into this position especially recent college graduates or others with secondary education (preferably in the sciences or medicine) with an interest in healthcare. Applicants with experience as a medical assistant will be considered as well.

  • Full time (7:45 am -4:45 pm, (Monday through Friday)
  • Manage provider schedules/templates
  • Manage staff time off calendar
  • Manage CEO calendar/appointments
  • Manage Event coordination
  • Manage Patient care coordination as it relates to scheduling
  • Answer phones
  • Scheduling
  • Cross trained to assist with vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.) when requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical office: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
