monday.com is looking for an Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager to oversee NAM specific campaigns and initiatives with a focus on generating revenue for new and existing business lines through industry, product and persona-specific campaigns. The Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager NAM will be a part of our growing team and have a meaningful impact on building the strategy and execution for the region’s customer marketing strategy.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
About The Role
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $135,000-$175,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

About The Role
- Development of campaign strategies prioritized by industry, product or persona, with online and offline tactics including, but not limited to paid, owned and earned media, email, direct mail, webinars, events, account-based marketing
- Strong collaboration with global marketing teams to build operations for and orchestrate integrated campaigns, including audience segmentation and communication channels
- Strong partnership with content to develop story arcs, assets and messages that align to the buying stages of key buyer personas
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement
- In this role, you will coordinate each campaign end-to-end: strategy, testing plan, creative development, execution, and performance analysis while partnering closely with product marketing, web, creative, and integrated marketing teams to bring product vision to life within digital and other key channels
- 5 years of B2B SaaS experience as a lifecycle or campaigns marketing manager
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing tactics and best practices
- Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Prior experience working with personas and mapping to the buyer’s journey
- Prior experience working with sales, account management and customer success organizations
