Why we want to know You:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification advantageous.
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Asana, or Jira.
Track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Demonstrated ability to adapt methodology to real-world projects.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
No ego. Willing to get your hands dirty, help teammates, and push efforts to completion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively, build consensus, and navigate challenging situations.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

What you'll do in the role:
Oversee and drive urgency across multiple projects related to core technology improvements, ensuring they meet project objectives, deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates, in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage program budget and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds.
Facilitate team meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and milestone celebrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design changes into plant operations.
Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, proactively implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
Follow up on action items, track progress, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate project status updates, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular reports and updates to project sponsors and senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Document project progress, decisions, and outcomes, maintaining accurate records for future reference and continuous improvement.
Adhere to established project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality in project execution.
Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, fostering a high-performing and accountable project team.
