What you'll be up to:

• Inspiring associates through hands-on coaching and mentoring.
• Orchestrating daily beverage operations while ensuring impeccable service execution.
• Creating and managing associate schedules based on weekly and daily forecasts.
• Taking charge of beer and liquor inventory.
• Fostering associate engagement and delivering hospitality.
• Establishing safety standards for both guests and associates.
• Utilizing business insights and trends to drive performance and maximize returns.
• Ensuring compliance with all brand-related initiatives in the Beverage Department.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 5 years of experience as a Senior Food and Beverage or Entertainment Manager with annual revenue of $10MM .
• Specific expertise in bar inventory management with comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
• P&L experience.
• Familiarity with Food and Beverage management platforms.
• Comfortable using various software platforms for scheduling, ordering, inventory, and venue management.
• Proficiency in effectively managing and engaging a large team of hourly associates.
• Ability to collaborate daily with a team of experienced food and beverage associates to achieve results.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
