Inside Sales Representative

Monroe Aerospace is a leading distributer in milspec hardware and works with some of the biggest names in the aerospace industry. We are looking for an individual to help us continue to maintain our current relationships and is also eager to develop new business. This position is responsible for supplying service and support to customers through quote creation and order entry. Requests for quote are received through multiple channels and a keen sense of organization is key to success. We need an individual who is willing to work in a positive environment, in a business that requires attention to detail, and someone who can manage the consistent influx of business that happens daily. Someone who is driven to find ways to grow our business as it continues to expand even further into the aerospace industry. Our business is about cultivating relationships, rather than cutthroat sales. We believe in a teamwork atmosphere and are currently a group that supports each other. · Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (or equivalent).

· Knowledge of aerospace industry a plus.

· Knowledge of the business processes related to quality management systems preferred (AS9100, ISO 9001).

· Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with both customers and vendors.

· Experience with business development, including new and existing customer base, highly desirable.

· Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in MS Excel preferred.

· Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and practices preferred (Quantum Control a plus).

· Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

· Ability to keep well organized, prioritize, and work efficiently with an attention to detail.

· Team-player personality, flexible.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
