Do you enjoy assisting others while staying busy? If so the Monroe County Rolling Hills Rehabilitation Center might have the job for you. Rolling Hills is hiring for a part-time non-benefit (12 hrs./wk.) Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is preferred to have graduated from high school and have receptionist/clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
Our Administrative Assistant performs clerical and receptionist duties to include greeting and directing visitors and vendors, answering and directing incoming calls, assisting individuals in depositing and withdrawing money from resident trust accounts, reconciling cash drawers daily, and sorting and processing incoming mail.
Starting salary for this position is $18.04/hr.
