General Job Description


We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and skilled person who can develop and maintain 

strong customer relationships within the United States.


Your primary focus will be to grow sales within an assigned territory, from current accounts to 

building new opportunities. You will develop your sales approach and strategy with the VP of 

Operations and Marketing Manager.


You will be joining an organization with over 112 years of strong history, where the focus is on 

creating and maintaining lasting customer relationships and identifying the products and/or 

services they require so we can be their primary partner.


The position will be based at our headquarters in Tullytown, PA, where you will report for work 

daily. There may be some travel; however, most work will be performed within our office.


Responsibilities


  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Analyzing customer wants and needs to upsell and cross-sell our products to maximize revenues in a pre-determined territory
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of our products to better communicate our offerings to the customer
  • Scheduling bulk email and call campaigns with the Marketing Manager
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other team members to ensure a cohesive work environment
  • Addressing customer complaints and issues and finding appropriate solutions, escalating complex problems to management when necessary
  • Seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance sales and customer service skills


Key Qualifications


  • 2 years of sales experience working with customers (business-to-business, business-to-consumer, or both)
  • Proven track record of strong sales results
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators and return on investment
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working independently, asking questions when in doubt, making good, quick decisions, and are unafraid of taking on responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and ECI Software Solutions a plus, but not required
