Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener/Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and landscaping, with experience in maintaining and cultivating various plants and green spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, and pruning
- Operate both hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain landscapes
- Assist in farm and garden activities including soil preparation, planting, and harvesting
- Irrigate plants as needed to ensure proper growth
- Conduct landscape maintenance duties to enhance the appearance of outdoor areas
- Monitor plant health and growth progress in gardens
- Provide lawn care services including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
Skills:
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and power tools for gardening tasks
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques to upkeep outdoor spaces
- Experience in growing plants, flowers, vegetables, and herbs
- Familiarity with greenhouse operations for plant propagation
- Ability to irrigate plants efficiently to maintain optimal moisture levels
