Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas
- Manage and train staff members, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the culinary team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
