The Assistant Manager’s primary duties are to manage all functions of a Pickleman’s restaurant to ensure operations flow smoothly while the General Manager is not on duty. The assistant manager is responsible for overseeing employees in order to provide top-level customer service, meet all brand standards, manage food safety, and to ensure restaurant profitability.
