We are seeking a Full-Time Clinician to join our team in Braintree, MA. The Clinician provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Program Director.
Hours/Shift: Full-Time; Including Saturday and some evenings
Responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical social work and case management in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care and the NASW.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, participate in treatment planning, utilization review, and discharge planning for an average of 8 patients.
- Manage cases in both the partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs for eating disorders.
- Manage cases for the adult and adolescent populations.
- Conduct individual, group and family therapy.
- Conduct crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources.
- Work to ensure that all required documentation is completed in a timely and profession manner.
- Work collaboratively with the treatment team and Walden continuum.
Qualifications:
Education:
- PhD, PsyD, Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting, preferably in an eating disorders program
Licensure/Certification:
- Independent License, preferred. License-eligible required.
- CPR certification, required
Knowledge:
- Must have strong clinical, organizational and communication skill. Must possess knowledge of psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
