  • The role of the Front Desk Coordinator is to provide a friendly and helpful first impression to our residents, visitors, and staff, adhering to all policies and procedures of the facility while focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
  • May open and close the Front Lobby, assures all residents, visitors, vendors and contractors adhere to the secure access and departure rules of the facility, and assures the Lobby is secure and that the receptionists do not leave the area without coverage, to aid in guaranteeing a safe environment.
  • Responsible for all phases of the Receptionist Office functions while on duty. This position is the responsible key person in the event of an emergency as the medium through which all communication and messages are received and given.

Requirements

Education:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
  • Associates degree preferred


Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 – 2 year experience as a front desk receptionist preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred


3. Job Knowledge/Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and organization skills.
  2. Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.
  3. Exemplary customer service skills.
