Job Summary:
The Sales Manager at Monumental Ford will be responsible for leading the sales department team. The duties include promotion strategy development and implementation, managing the team’s performance and customer service for maximum growth and profits. The Sales Manager will be responsible for customer relations and managing the daily operations in the store.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position is a commission-only job. Sales commission structure is based on the customer’s gross profit.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy to ensure business growth and sustainability
• Manage the sales team to ensure efficient and effective customer service
• Establish goals and objectives for members of the sales team and evaluate their performance
• Create and implement processes to address and resolve customer inquiries
• Manage and track all aspects of the sales process
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Monitor competitor activity and position of Monumental Ford
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, and/or related field, experience
• Five or more years of sales and management experience in the auto industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and strategies
• Ability to motivate the team and foster team spirit
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
