Our Global Ratings Operations & Controls team is seeking a passionate, business leader develop our contact management process! In this role, you will be accountable for creating, improving, maintaining and sustaining the contact management process across various Moody’s organizations! It is critical that we operate efficiently, with the necessary security and controls in place and serve as a point of delight for customers and internal partners. As the Contact Management Process Owner, will define the contact management strategy, establish operational functions to ensure contact quality, lead the multi-generational contact migration effort, and lead adoption of the new tool and process. This involves leading short term opportunities for improvement within the “as is” contact management framework identified by Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Projects.
The successful candidate will need to be decisive, pragmatic, strategic and be an authority in and change agent of Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking and Agile approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the contact management strategy (inclusive of migration) and roadmap to optimize contact information soliciting issuers’ and partners’ feedback across a variety of functions
- Reimagine contact management processes across multiple functions and partners to drive commonality and consistency for end users
- Streamline and improve content and design of contact information gathering and ongoing maintenance
- Partner across the rating's agency to deliver innovative technology solutions that enable the target state
- Ensure continuity and provide input across value streams and initiatives impacting contact details across various functions
- Drive continuous quality and efficiency improvement by measuring end-to-end process performance
- Collaborate, innovate and independently drive business outcomes
- Maintain auditable, evergreen process documentation and governance
- Conduct regular risk and controls self-assessments (RCSAs)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 years in roles responsible for operations, transformation, and/or quality assurance
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Design thinking experience preferred
- 3 years project and technology management experience
- 2 years organizational change experience
- Experience in leading and developing innovative Contact Management or master data management systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Shown experience representing partners and operating within an Agile product lifecycle development framework
- Experience soliciting feedback from internal partners
- Self-starter, bold thinker and results driven individual, who can build innovative solutions. Proactive, diligent and highly focused, with consistent track record of execution to internal or external clients
- Works collaboratively within a team and independently to lead workload; ability to adapt in a changing environment and support multiple time zones
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives with minimal guidance or oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with business and technology partners, as well as senior management
- Strong technical skills across varies software tools (Excel, Power Point, Lucidchart, QI Macros)
