What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA Test Technician position at Moore & Associates?
Leading provider of advanced launch monitors, golf simulators, and club head tracking solutions for the golf industry seeks an experienced PCA Technician.
Responsibilities to include; but not limited to:
- Diagnose, document, and repair customer returned goods
- Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly following manufacturing procedures
- Conduct soldering, sub-assembly, and unit assembly to meet quality standards
- Use specialized test equipment for acceptance testing
- Test, calibrate, and ensure product specifications are met
- Assemble units using hand and power tools according to specifications
- Identify and repair units that fail tests
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely repairs or replacements
- Test, repair, and refurbish products
- Maintain knowledge of electronics field concepts, practices, and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet quality and delivery expectations
- Follow company Safety and ESD Program requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Is able to read & analyze a schematic at a high level
- Several years of experience in assembling electrical and/or mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and basic electronic equipment
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and instructions
- Good eye-hand coordination and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (with overtime as needed)
