BENEFITS: Full-Time Package

GRADE/STEP: Exempt, O Step 1-3

WORK PERIOD: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00 pm, can include weekends and evenings

Job Objective:To provide leadership and supervision of all operations and activities of the center that deal with the buildings, grounds, construction, vehicles, and security. Oversees operational budget, interacts with support staff, teachers, students, and community stakeholders on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:Bachelor’s Degree

Credentials: Oklahoma driver's license and acceptable driving record

Contractor License for one of the following trades: Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing required.

Special Knowledge, Skill, or Ability:

• Knowledge of National Incident Management Systems and Incident Command Systems
• Effective in conducting performance appraisals, constructive corrective counseling and discipline, and the resolution of complaints or grievances
• Effectively resolves customer complaints
• Manage resources with fiscal responsibility while maintaining proper accountability of records
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors
• Team player with co-workers, subordinates and other staff members and community leaders to accomplish the objectives and goals of the school
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be able to communicate effectively
• Possess intermediate to advanced business and computer technology skills and electronic communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• High standard of personal conduct and integrity
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual in attendance

Experience: A minimum of five years successful experience in construction management; successful experience in supervision of support employees required.
