Job Summary: The Contract Coordinator position serves as an essential part of our Preventative Maintenance functions in our Service Department. This role is responsible for maintaining schedule completion and profitability goals while serving as a backup for the Contract Administrator and PM Coordinator.

Responsibilities
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain PM Technician schedules
- Data entry with contract rollovers, new contracts, and work orders
- Work with Sales Team on negotiating rates for brokers and national accounts that are not currently under an agreement
- Prepare revenue recognition and process contract invoices
- Prepare PM invoices for submittal to billing
- Prepare expired contract listing monthly
- Serve as backup and assist PM Coordinator with dispatching
- High school diploma/GED
- Proficient computer skills with experience in Excel
- Strong mathematical skills; accounting experience a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive, can-do attitude
