Job Description: As a Yacht Broker at MooreYacht Sales, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the buying and selling of luxury vessels. This position requires a strong understanding of the boating industry, excellent communication skills, and a drive for client
satisfaction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and negotiating deals to ensure successful transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and cultivate relationships with clients.
- Social media influencer
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
- List and promote boats for sale through various channels.
- Collaborate with yacht owners, buyers, and other industry professionals.
- Negotiates deals and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on boat specifications, features, and customization options.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and innovations in the boating industry.
- Attend industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven experience as a yacht broker
- In-depth knowledge of vessels, their features, and market trends.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with the legal aspects of yacht transactions is a plus.
- Yacht Salesperson License
- Well-spoken, ethical, professional, and confident
- Must be experienced with Social media platforms and comfortable posting daily
- Must possess a ‘do what it takes’ approach
