Job Summary:
The Traffic Manager is an assertive, multi-tasking team player who is an effective communicator and negotiator. The primary responsibility of the Traffic Manager is to drive the successful completion of projects through effective collaboration across the entire agency. The Traffic Manager will facilitate the project plan and provide timeline oversight, across key milestone markers. This position serves as the system administrator for the Wrike project management platform. Critical to this role will be successfully influencing and facilitating the following: timelines, agency processes, team roles and responsibilities, accountability, and partnership.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules in Wrike with date-driven milestones.
- Monitor requests and timelines to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain administrative functions within Wrike, including all process flow structures and client/campaign set up.
- Facilitate project flow through Creative–including initiation, scheduling, status updates and approval process and ensure that all required team members have reviewed and approved projects continuously throughout the project life cycle.
- Upon completion of projects, monitor housekeeping/archiving efforts by account teams and participate in project postmortem meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Work with Project Manager to monitor changes in scope, prioritization, and impact to schedules.
- Implement new or modified schedules in response to challenges and delays as needed.
- Influence team cooperation concerning adjustments to support fluctuating schedule.
- Proactively resolve potential risks, challenges, and delays.
- Uphold the company’s vision, mission, and values.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from accredited college or university.
- 2 years of experience in a Project Management or Operations role.
- Direct marketing agency experience preferred.
- Expertise in using MS Office software (with an emphasis in Excel) as well as internet research tools.
- Experience using Wrike Project Management software, a plus.
- A demonstrated interest in helping to promote positive social change.
