We are looking for an Office Manager that will undertake a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks and will ensure business operations run smoothly. The candidate for this role shall be a positive, self-motivated individual that can work independently with little direction, and works easily with others.
Qualifications
3 years of administrative office experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
QuickBooks experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Job Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet customers
Maintain financial transactions using QuickBooks.
Manage accounts receivable
Generate customer invoices
Track project status
Report employee payroll
Manage office insurance policies, including benefits
General office duties such as, filing, mailing, correspondence, copying, scanning, ordering office supplies, etc.
