Digital Marketing Manager - Morgan Chaney & Splash Packaging
The job
SEO, SEM, PPC, Copywriting, Social Media Posts, Email Campaigns
Hi there. This digital marketing position coordinates directly with the other members of our marketing and graphics team. You will be included in the decision making processes that support our continued growth and revenue improvement.
Your specific responsibilities will be performing the following activities:
- SEO – keyword and page rankings looking for substantial website traffic improvement.
- PPC Advertising – Google Ads campaign development, measurement, budget allocations, coordination, and analytics.
- Search Sensitive Copywriting – for all for new and existing products and programs on our websites.
- Social media / blogging – content creation, copywriting, and content calendar management. (We use later.com, for the record!)
- Email marketing – constructing email campaigns and other customer communications, and controlling the release schedule.
- Branding – ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across a variety of channels.
We launch new product and program additions to our sites and customers on a regular basis which requires creative copywriting skills that are educational to our customers and search sensitive. You will support these goals with social media posts and email campaigns.
Specifically, your main emphasis is to substantially increase our search engine rankings for high volume keywords, and site visit quantities.
This is an on-site position in Phoenix, AZ.

We’d love to get to know you if…
- You have previous experience (two years or more) using current tools and digital marketing skills working for BTB companies marketing productsrather than services
- You’re well-versed in optimizing websites for SEO, paid ads, love copy writing for email blasts and blogs, overseeing social media efforts, producing high-quality digital marketing campaigns and generating strong backlinks
- You’re looking to grow and expand your skills with a close-knit team behind you
- You collaborate and communicate well in a small team environment
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing, including familiarity with successful SEO practices, proven SEO and paid ad results, backlinking, brand building, and social media management
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, particularly in writing in a specific brand voice, writing engaging emails and blogs, and maintaining voice across multiple channels
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Analytics and other support and analysis software (SERanking, AHREFs, etc.), CMS awareness and the ability to learn our proprietary computer system
- Talent in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphical programs is a big plus
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, a similar field, or commensurate work experience
