Office Manager for Morgan Men’s Health Center. Part time 20 hours a week 27.00 an hour

Independent physician starting new health center looking for office manager to grow along with the business from the ground up.

MMHC is a solo practice opening in July 2024. You will be working directly with one doctor in a lively, relaxed, intimate setting. Please check out our website for a better understanding of this unique center. Supporting our mission statement is a must.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations

Manage and maintain office supplies, medications, and surgical equipment

Bookkeeping and record keeping

Responsible for day-to-day building operations and maintenance. Ability to keep office clean and organized.

Book appointments, answer messages

Assist in surgical procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience in administrative or office management roles

Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles

Must have work related experience. Direct medical experience is helpful, and will be given priority, however it is not essential--willing to train the right candidate.

Knowledge of bookkeeping and record keeping

Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Must be extremely reliable with a proven track record of excellent work attendance confirmed by references

Excellent work ethic, personal standards, and compassion

Proficient in computer skills, able to quickly develop a working knowledge of electronic medical record platform

Candidates with strong ties to the area, willing to commit to long term employment are preferred. This not a high turnover position.

We are not able to offer benefits at this time, however as the center grows this may be a future consideration. Bonuses will be offered commiserate with growth of revenue.
