Summary
Case Assessment Coordinators are responsible for managing key aspects of the viability assessment process for the firm's Premises Liability or Auto Accidents line of business. This position's ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent investigative skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. Case Assessment Coordinators should be able to quickly evaluate and consolidate key case details and prepare precise case briefs for liability specialist review.
Responsibilities
- Meticulously manage assigned case load and move cases through the viability assessment program quickly and efficiently.
- Produce detailed case briefs and successfully route cases to the appropriate path.
- Collect all required documentation from investigators and internal partners to effectively consolidate important case details such as treatment, injury, investigation reports.
- Maintain high productivity without sacrificing quality.
- Effectively communicate with entire BOLT team including attorney for specific tasks of the cases as it goes through our BOLT program.
Qualification
- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience as an investigator or case manager (preferred).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
- Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 40 wpm.
