Summary

Our clients are often experiencing traumatic situations and our Case Consultants will be the first communication they have with the firm; it is imperative that these associates portray empathy and kindness to our clients. The proper candidate will support the Case Control Center's core values by operating with PURPOSE- Passion, Unity, Respect, Persistence, Opportunity, Success, and Excellence
The Case Control Center is open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 9:00pm. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime during those business hours, Monday to Friday with Weekend availability
