About the Role
Location : Remote Michigan residents
Are you good at communicating with people and have a knack for handling the details? Would you like to work a Monday-through-Friday schedule from the comfort of your home?
This could be a great opportunity for you!
As a remote Customer Service Case Analyst in Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, you'll review cases to develop a timeline and full summary of the concerns and complaints regarding the vehicle.
You'll use the information to come up with a recommendation on whether the vehicle should be bought back or if other options would be more appropriate.
While a background in banking, auto dealerships or accounting is helpful, it isn't necessary in order to be a great case analyst.
We'll train you on everything you need to know.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to auto dealerships
- Use the auto manufacturer's systems to develop a timeline and full synopsis of vehicle concerns and complaints
- Create a case assessment
- Provide a recommendation to the case analyst team on whether a vehicle should be bought back or if other options are more appropriate to address the customer's complaint
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Eligibility Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation : Monday to Friday (no weekends!)Primary shift : 8 - 5 Eastern timeRotational shift 2-4 times per month : 11 - 8 Eastern time
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
Nice to Have
- College degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience working in banking, accounting or an automotive dealership
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
